Julio Ortega

SENECA -- Julio C. Ortega, 37, of Seneca, died Saturday, Feb. 23, at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Osborne-Nelson Funeral Home in Seneca. Mr. Ortega was born June 24, 1970, in Puerto Rico, to Julio and Lucila (Colon) Ortega. He married Stacy Goulet on Aug. 12, 2000. He was a horse trainer. He is survived by his wife and two children, Jacy McCormick and Pedro Ortega, both at home.
