Judith Ann Conrad, 83, of Utica, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2026 surrounded by her loving family at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Peru.
Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 21, at 10:00am at St. Columba Church. A graveside service will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Morris.
Judith was born January 17, 1943 in Ottawa, IL to Joseph and Marie (Gage) Knott. She lived in the house in Utica, where she raised her family, for over 50 years. She worked at Libby Owens for many years until her retirement. In her free time, she loved to play cards. She was a Euchre master and taught all of her family members and their significant others to play. She enjoyed going to garage sales and thrift shopping. In her younger days, she enjoyed going dancing and traveling, she almost made it to all 50 states. She was a fantastic cook, and was well-known for her barbecue and spaghetti. She had a beautiful garden and would regularly make tomato sandwiches with her fresh garden tomatoes. More than anything, she adored her family. She was the best Mom and "Granny" to her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Peggy (Terry) Dabbs, Tammy (Kelly) Graybill, Mary (Rich) Pini and Karry (Bob) King; her grandchildren, Josh Conrad, Brent (Becki) Littrell, Jewelian Littrell, DJ (Allie) Chasteen Mackenzie (Robbie) Linn, Kelly Graybill Jr., Christopher (late Tiffany Urban) Pini, Teresa Pini, and Cody Hebel; and her great grandchildren, Brianna, Macx, Gracie, Conrad, and Eli, David, and Terrence; and her great great granddaughter, Delila.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Marie; her former husband, Glenn Conrad; and her siblings, Lois Fanti, Jody Leschewski, Joey Knott, George Knott, Jimmy Knott, and Teresa in infancy.
Memorial contributions in her memory may be directed to the activities department at LaSalle County Nursing Home.
