Joseph M. Cunico, 32, of Ottawa, IL, died, Sunday, February 13, 2011 at Ottawa Regional Hospital and Healthcare Center. Funeral Services will be at 8:00 PM Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Ottawa Funeral Home with Rev David Kipfer officiating. Visitation will be from 4 - 8 pm, Thursday, February 17 at Ottawa Funeral Home. Joe was born, January 19, 1979, in Ottawa, Illinois, to Barry G. and Kathy (Worsley) Cunico. He married Molly Baima on May 22, 2010 at Starved Rock. He worked at Fresenius Medical group as a technician. He was a member of the Ottawa City Recreation softball and basketball teams. He is survived by his wife, Molly; his parents of Ottawa; one brother Bill (Iris) Cunico of Marseilles; three nieces, Evee and Emmy Cunico and Lillie Jo Baima; his grandmother, Katherine Worsley of Ottawa; Mother and Father-in-law, Mary Pat and Joseph Baima of Ottawa; a brother-in-law, Michael (Amber) Baima of Ottawa; sister-in-law, Theresa Baima of Ottawa; two cats; and his beloved dog, Tarantula. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, his maternal grandfather. Memorials may be directed to the family.
