CIGANOVICH Joseph "Mark" Ciganovich, 70, of Ottawa, died Thursday, Jan. 13, at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 16, at Christ Community Church in Ottawa. Ottawa Funeral Home oversaw the cremation. Joseph "Mark" Ciganovich was born, February 10, 1940, in LaSalle, Illinois, to Fabian and Helen (Siroki) Ciganovich. He was a Teacher. He was preceded in death by his parent and a sister.
