John Palko

John A. Palko, 56, of Ottawa, IL, died Sunday, March 27, 2011, at his home. Funeral Services will be 7:00 PM Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Ottawa Funeral Home with Rev. Jules Adator officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 7:00 PM Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Ottawa Funeral Home. John was born December 27, 1954, in Ottawa, Illinois to John L. and Zita (Garland) Palko. He had been a self employed Truck Driver. He was a member of American Legion Auxiliary. He is survived by two daughters, Amie "the Brawn" (Jim) Coleman of New Lenox IL., and Mary "the Brain" Palko, of Texas; two grandchildren, Dominique and Arley Coleman; one sister, Rita (John) Mullin of Kankakee; two nieces, Stacy and Maria Mullin; one nephew, Jerry Mullin; one great-niece, Cheyenne; and two great-nephews, Brad and Cody. He was preceded in death by his parents; and grandmother, Mary Palko Tucker. Memorials may be directed to the family.
