Dr. John Barron

Dr. John Barron, DDS, 81, passed away on Feb. 20, 2016 in Kearney, Ne.

John was born in Ottawa, Il, the tenth of eleven children, to Elizabeth and Arthur Barron, Sr. He graduated Loyola Univ. of Chicago Dental School.

John served as a Capt. in the USAF Medical Corp in Lincoln, Ne. He and his wife (Nancy Lee Lloyd – deceased in 2009) raised five children: David, Jeffrey, Scott, Kathleen and Jennifer.

Having moved to Lexington, Ne, he married Charlotte Frahm and adopted her daughter, Brock.

He is survived by his wife and six children; brother Arthur Barron II, and sisters Adele Schott, Donna Barron, and twin sister, Zeta Conrad; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild, and dozens of nieces and nephews , as well as his beloved poodle, Barry, who gave him great comfort and joy in the final years of his life.

John was predeceased by his parents, first wife, brothers Francis, Lawrence, Paul Barron and sisters Lorraine Riordan Barber, Shirley Miller, and Ruth Turner.
