Joan Partridge

Joan Partridge, 72, of Ottawa, Illinois, died Friday, July 5, 2013, at Pleasant View. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at St. Patrick Church in Seneca, with Rev. Ray Guthrie officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, prior to services at the Church. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Osborne-Nelson Funeral Home in Seneca. Joan was born March 6, 1941, in Chicago, Illinois, to Albert and Marguerite (Conners) Humphrey. She married Pat "Fugi" Partridge on December 28, 1963, at St. Patrick Church in Seneca. She worked for the Osborne-Nelson Funeral Home in Seneca. She was a member of St. Patrick Church in Seneca. She is survived by her husband, Fugi; two sons, Gerald "Jerry" (Nilda) of Japan and Christopher (Crystal) of Newark; three grandchildren Michael, Zachary and Jenna; two sisters, Janie Luster and Marion Hicks; and one brother, Paul Mauser. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Patricia Partridge. Memorials may be directed to the Seneca Library.
