Jeffrey Richard Zahn

Jeffrey Zahn, 50, of Ottawa, Illinois, died Friday, March 23, 2012 at his home. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, with the Rev. Duane Kaufman officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Memorial Park at a later date. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Ottawa Funeral Home. Jeffrey was born on April 3, 1961 in Ottawa, to Richard and Darlene (Price) Zahn. He worked as a roofer and in construction. He is survived by his parents of Ottawa; two sisters, Julie (Mike) Wendorf, Karri (Craig) Lee, both of Ottawa; one brother, Kevin (Mary Beth) Zahn of Anthem, Arizona; four nieces, Tiffany Halterman, Emily Robinson, Rachel Robinson, and Ciara Lee; one nephew, Kyle Zahn; and a great-nephew, Grant Robinson. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Iva Price and Harold and Ethel Zahn; his aunt, Diane Vandervort; his uncle, Bruce Zahn; his nephew, Chris Halterman; and cousins, Joseph Zahn, Jennifer and Amy Vandervort. Memorials may be directed to the family.
