Jeffrey T. "Jeff" Schultz, 44, of Ottawa passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2014. Funeral Ceremony will be held at 1:30 pm Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Ottawa Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Duane Kaufman officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm Saturday prior to services at Ottawa Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will be private in Valley Memorial Park in Spring Valley. Jeff was born June 12, 1970 in Ottawa, Illinois to David Schultz and Mary (Casto) Sebby.
