Jeane S. Houlihan

Jeane S.Houlihan, 81, of Ottawa, IL, died, Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at her home. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 Saturday, March 21, 2009 at Ottawa Funeral Home, with the Father David Kipfer, officiating. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 - 7 pm, Friday, March 20 with prayers at 4:00 at Ottawa Funeral Home. Jeane Houlihan was born May 27, 1927, in Chicago, Illinois; to the late John Kewest and the late Margaret Schmidt. She married John Houlihan on August 20, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois. She is survived by her husband John Houlihan, sons: Tom (Pat)of Little Rock, AR and Bill (Lori) of Ottawa, daughter: Kathleen Houlihan of Ottawa, grandchildren: Mike, Richie, Kevin, and Courtney Houlihan, and a great grandchild: Katie Grace Houlihan. She was preceded in death by a son Timmy Houlihan in infancy and a sister Dorothy Gruenke. Pallbearers will be Mike, Richie, and Kevin Houlihan, Dave Elzer, and John Noto. Memorials may be directed to the family.
