Jean A. Alberti

Jean A. Alberti, 76, of Naplate, Illinois passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Memorial Mass for Jean will be at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at St. Mary's Church in Naplate with Rev. Jules Adator officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Saturday. Burial will be at St. Columba Cemetery. Jean was born August 21, 1936 in Naplate, Illinois to Lorenzo and Carolina (Gali) Dinelli. She married Faustino Alberti, Jr. on September 14, 1951 at St. Mary's Church. She was a member of St. Mary's Church, the Altar and Rosary Society, and Angel Squad. She graduated from St. Francis School of Nursing in Peoria in 1957. She had worked at Ryburn King and Community Hospital of Ottawa as an OR Nurse. She is survived by a daughter, Mary Ellen Cantell of Naplate; a son, John Michael Alberti of Naplate; and two sisters, Lena McCormick of Ottawa and Enis (Ed) Verdun of Odell. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Faustino, Jr.; and a daughter, Linda Alberti. Memorials may be directed to the family.
