Jay Black

Ottawa- Jay Black, 38, of Ottawa, passed away Friday November 16, 2007 at Ottawa Pavilion after a lengthly illness. There will be no services. Cremation rites were accorded. He was born on February 14, 1969 at Buffalo, WY to Carol and Carol (Frye) Black. He is survived by his mother of Freeport IL, three sisters; Susan Glenn of Freeport, Debbi Jacobson of Ottawa and Kristie Mooney of CO, one brother; Ken (Gloria) Black of Streator and four daughters. He was preceded in death by his father. He had been a maintenance man. He served in the U.S. Army.
