Jaxon Edward Etscheid

Jaxon Edward Etscheid, infant son of Jason and Suzannah Etscheid, of Utica, Il passed away Thursday, September 30, 2010 at Ottawa Regional Hospital and Healthcare Center. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 4, 2010 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church with Rev. Nathan Kramer officiating. Visitation will be 2-6 p.m., Sunday, October 3, 2010 at Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Park. Jax was born May 26, 2010 in Peru to Jason and Suzannah (Hettel) Etscheid. Jaxon made the most of the time he had with his family, whether it was playing with his big sister, Bailey, or pool parties at the Riebe's, Jax always had a smile for everyone. Although Jax was only with us a short time, he will be greatly missed and forever be in our hearts and memories. Jax is survived by his parents; one sister, Bailey Etscheid at home; his maternal grandparents, Edward and Darlene Hettel of Grand Ridge; his paternal grandparents, Carol (John) Shue of Ottawa, IL and Mike (Jackie) Etscheid of Ottawa, IL; his aunts and uncles, Sarah (Justin) Noble, Amy (John Carabetsos) Hettel, Brian (Joyce) Hettel, Jeff (Michelle) Etscheid, Doug (Freida Acevado) Etscheid; his great grandparents, June and John Rose of Grand Ridge, IL and Denise Sabotta of LaSalle, IL; and many special cousins and great Aunts and Uncles; and also his lazy puppy Sierra. Jax is preceded in death by his paternal great grandparents, Harold and Patricia Riebe and his maternal great grandparents, Arnold and Wilda Bailey, and his maternal great grandfather, Raymond Hettel. Pallbearers will be his Aunts and Uncles. Memorials may be directed to the Sudden Infant Death Services of Illinois; 710 East Ogden, Suite 550, Naperville, IL 60563, in Memory of Jax.
