Jamie L. Cosmutto

Jamie L. Cosmutto, 44, of Ottawa, IL, passed away Friday September 23 at her home.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 29, from 5:00 until 6:00 pm. A funeral Ceremony will be held following the visitation at 6:00 pm. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery at a later date.

Jamie was born January 6th 1978 in Ottawa. She's the daughter of Burl and Cheri Leslie. She married Ryan Cosmutto on October 4th 2003.

She is survived by her husband, Ryan; her son, Nick Cosmutto; and her daughter, Gabbie Cosmutto; her mom and dad, Cheri and Burl Leslie; her brother, Jon (Laurie) Leslie; her Aunt, Cindy and Uncle, Jim Brown; her father in law, Tom Cosmutto; brother in law, Beau Cosmutto;  her nephew, Lincoln Leslie; and niece, Brynn Leslie.

She was proceeded in death by her grandparents, John and Dorothy Stoudt and Don and Carole Leslie; as well as her mother in law, Cathy Cosmutto.

Jamie was always smiling and could make you laugh. She loved getting dressed up and purses, and she especially loved doing her nails. My mom will be forever missed. We loved her dearly she was a great mom. Rest in peace mom you are now our angel.
