Jack "Jake" Gayan, 76, of Ottawa died Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at Ottawa Regional Hospital and Healthcare. Mass of Christian Burial will be 12:00 Saturday, April 30, 2011 at St. Patrick's Church. Visitation will be 4:00 - 7:00 PM Friday, April 29 at Ottawa Funeral Home. Prayers will be at 4:00 PM with K of C in attendance. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
