Howard Hougas, 67, of Ottawa, IL, passed away on September 16, 2022, at St. Joseph Hospital, Bloomington.

Ottawa Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements. Private burial will be at St. Columba Cemetery.

Howard was born November 8, 1954, in Ottawa, IL, to Marvin Hougas Jr. and Gloria Revell.

He worked at Thatcher glass factory. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Knights of Columbus and the Catholic War Vets.

Howard served our country in the Army, being stationed at Fort Ord, in Monterey Bay California.

He is survived by his brothers, William Hougas, and James Hougas.

Howard was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Hougas Jr.; Mother, Gloria Revell; and brother, Martin Hougas.
