Hilton Hooper, 80, of Seneca, IL, died, Friday, April 29, 2011 at Morris Hospital. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, May 5, 2011 at Osborne-Nelson Funeral Home, in Seneca with the Rev John Patterson officiating, of the Southern Baptist Church. Burial will be in Galloway in Fall River Twp.. Visitation will be from 4 - 7 pm, Wednesday, May 4 at Osborne-Nelson Funeral Home. Hilton Hooper was born, April 8, 1931, in Cherokee Alabama, to Henry G. and Lois (Pate) Hooper. He married Betty Davis on November 23, 1956 in Ottawa. He retired from Material Services. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge # 826 in Mazon. He is survived by his wife; three sons Sam Hooper of CA., Randy (Carolyn) of Marseilles, Terry (Mindy) of CA. three daughters Kathy , Linda Hillier of Springfield, Peggy Gillette of Channahon, eleven Grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, five sisters Sylvia Trofimchuck, Betty Saylors, Brenda Shouse, Glenda King, Edith Davis and four brothers Charles Hooper, William Joe Hooper, Jimmy Hooper and JW Hooper He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Regina, one sister Linda Holley and one brother Billy Hooper . Pallbearers will be Jesse Benson, Joshua Hillier, Randy Hooper II, Jason Robart , Mickey Shouse and Tim Hooper and Honorary Pallbearer Chris Gillette Memorials may be directed to the family.
