Henrietta C. Ohlendorf, 90, of Ottawa, IL, died, Friday, October 2, 2009 at LaSalle County Nursing Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, October 6, 2009, at St. Mary's Church in Naplate with the Rev. Lourduraj Ignatius, officiating. Burial will be in Ottawa Avenue Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 - 7 pm, Monday, October 5, 2009 at Ottawa Funeral Home, with Prayers at 3:00 PM. Henrietta Ohlendorf was born April 1, 1919, in Ottawa, Illinois, to Stanley and Catherine (Siminski) Wielgopolan. She married Earl Ohlendorf on April 16, 1955 at St. Mary's Church, Naplate, IL. She worked at Marquette High School. She was a member St. Mary's Church and Lifelong member of the Altar and Rosary Society and their Past President. She is survived by her husband, Earl Ohlendorf; one daughter, Mary Logan of Lincoln Park, MI; one son, Robert (Ann) Ohlendorf of Apple Valley, MN; five grandchildren; two sisters; Josephine O'Berta, and Florence (Jurgen) Dammann; and three brothers, Ray (Lois) Wielgopolan, Frank (Pat) Wielgopolan, and Edward (Jane) Wielgopolan. She was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters, Anastasia Wielgopolan, Mary Malik, Helen Geiger, Sophie Miklos, and Louise Washko; and two brothers, Stanley and Steven Wielgopolan.
