Hayley K. Gagliardi, 16, of Ottawa, IL, passed away Monday, June 14, 2010 at Ottawa Regional Hospital and Healthcare Center. Funeral Services will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday, June 17, 2010 at Ottawa Funeral Home with Rev. Duane Kaufman officiating. Visitation will be 1:00-3:00 p.m. Thursday, prior to services at Ottawa Funeral Home. Hayley was born October 9, 1993 in Denver, Co to Lisa Gagliardi and David Mennie. She attended Lighted Way School. Hayley is survived by her mother and father both of Ottawa; two brothers, Shayne (Nina) Lowe, and Austyn Lowe; one sister, Madisyn Mennie of Ottawa; a nephew, Nolan Lowe; her maternal grandmother, Ann Gagliardi; her maternal grandfather, Rich Gagliardi; her paternal grandfather, Dean Spears; five aunts, Marie (Greg) Ellison, Laura (Reggie) Poole, Janet (Larry) Brown, Linda Harkins, Cherri (Mark) Snell; one uncle, Danny (Sharon) Mennie; and many cousins. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Shirley Spears and James Mennie. Memorials may be directed to the family.
