Harry E. Clark, 79, of Ottawa passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 surrounded by his family.
Private family services will be held at Ottawa Funeral Home. Harry's wishes were to be cremated, and he will be buried at a later date.
Harry was born October 18, 1937 in Ottawa to Harry F. and Catherine (Kettman) Clark. He married Eileen Ann Voyles on February 28, 1974 in Ottawa; she passed away April 3, 2009. He was a 1956 graduate of Marquette High School. He retired from Independence Tube in Marseilles, and he also had his own service station in his younger years. He also worked at Mayou Roofing and LOF. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and boater. He loved to work on his cars and watch westerns.
He is survived by four children and two step children, Kim Clark Miskell of Ottawa, John (Mary) Clark of Utica, Tina (Rick) Navarro of Ottawa, Chris (Janelle) Clark of Marseilles, Pauline Knott of Grand Ridge, and Tina Knott Brewer of Ottawa; seventeen grandchildren, Nora (Nate) Baima, Nathan Miskell, Nicki Clark Jordan, Rick Navarro Jr., Nya Clark, Ava Clark, Daniella Melgoza, Nicholas Melgoza, Tyler Brewer, Amanda Brewer, Joe Brewer, Wesley Brewer, Casey Navarro, Jesse (Lindsey) Navarro, Cheyenah Balli, John Clark Jr., and Shawn Hayes; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Marlene Clark Stillwell and her life partner Chuck Gieger; and many extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Harry and Catherine Clark maternal grandparents, John Kettman; and his paternal grandparents, Andrew and Clara Hellman.
