Harold Roush

Harold Roush, 80, of Ottawa, Illinois passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Pleasant View.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 am July 21, 2018 at Ottawa Funeral Home with Pastor Sherry Stevenson officiating. Visitation will be 9:00 am to 11:00 am July 21, 2018 at Ottawa Funeral Home.

Harold was born January 7, 1938 in Neponset, Illinois to Harold Roush, Sr. and Gertrude Hansen. He worked for United Suppliers for over 20 years, and at Brayton and Helena. He owned his own business, H. Roush, Inc. Harold was a member of the United States Navy. He loved animals, especially cats and dogs. He also enjoyed golf. Harold was a "classic redneck" and was a very friendly guy. He was a professional arguer and was successful in sales.

He is survived by two children, Greg Roush and Melissa Roush; and two step-children, Amy Halliday and JD Welch; and five grandchildren, Monroe, Danaan, and Anna Roush, and Jonathon and Brodrick Green.

He is preceded in death by his parents.
