Gerard Jacobs, 84, of Marseilles passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care in Naperville. A private family gathering will be held at a later date. Osborne-Nelson Funeral Home has been entrusted with his cremation.
