Florence Patton

Florence A. Patton, 82, of Ottawa passed away Saturday, May 11, 2013 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Funeral Service will be private. She will be entombed at Oakwood Memorial Park. Florence was born February 1, 1931 in Ottawa, Illinois to Clement and Julia (Browne) Saleda. She graduated from Ottawa Township High School. She married Eugene Patton June 11, 1948 at St. Columba Church Rectory. She is a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church. She is survived by her loving husband, Eugene; one daughter, Sally (Andrew) Marks of NC; two sons, Steve of Peru and Gary (Mitsi) of Morris; two grandchildren, Jennifer and Shane Patton; and one brother, Gene (Aria) Saleda. She is preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, George, Robert, Frank, and Jack Saleda; and one sister, MaryJean Saleda. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
