Ellen Yoshizato

Ellen L. Yoshizato, 80, of Ottawa passed away Friday, December 1, 2017 at Manor Court in Peru. Graveside services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, December 5 at DeBolt Cemetery in Wedron, with Rev. Duane Kaufman officiating. Burial will follow. Ellen was born November 5, 1937 in Ottawa, Illinois to Walter and Ellen (Wilson) Fowler. She married Mickey Yoshizato on June 20, 1959 in Champaign, Illinois; he passed away December 7, 2001. She retired from Owens Illinois Glass in Streator in 1993. She is survived by her daughter, Penny Yoshizato (Mark Hernandez) of Naplate; four grandsons, Michael (Michelle) Manley, Dustin Manley, Mark Hernandez III, and Jordan Hernandez; and three great-grandchildren, Dylan, Dakota, and Calvin. She was preceded in death by her husband and one granddaughter, Kasey Manley. Pallbearers will be Michael Manley, Dustin Manley, Mark Hernandez III, Jordan Hernandez, Mark Hernandez, and Dylan Manley Memorials may be directed to her family.
