Donna Moline

Donna Moline, 63, of Ottawa, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at St. Francis Church with Rev. Michael Adrie officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Monday, January 2, 2012 at Ottawa Funeral Home with prayers at 3:00 p.m.. Burial will be at Ottawa Avenue Cemetery. Donna was born January 28, 1948 to Rudolf and Elizabeth "Betty" (Ball) Danz. She married Brian F. Moline on December 31, 1980 in Ottawa. Donna was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother full of excitement for life. She was a longtime member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Ottawa. She is survived by three daughters, Laura Shelton of Ottawa, Tonya (Brian) Roberts of Ottawa, and Roxann (Samuel Durr) Moline of Chicago; one son Brian "Rocky" (Laura) Moline of Ottawa; two sisters, Darlene (James) Potter of New Mexico and Sue Danz of Peoria; six grandchildren, Brittni Burns Timmerman, Kyle Burns, Breanna, Bryce, and Bethany Roberts and Lachlan Durr; two great granddaughters, Zoe and Neela Timmerman; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 15 years; her parents; one sister in infancy, Carla Danz; and one nephew, Greg Potter. Pallbearers will be Rocky Moline, Samuel Durr, Clayton Timmerman, Kyle Burns, Brian and Bryce Roberts. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
