Donna Brady

Donna Lee Brady, 77, of Ottawa, IL, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at her home. Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Monday, September 14, 2009 at Ottawa Funeral Home with the Rev. Dave Alderson officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00-6:00 pm Sunday, September 13 at Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Park. Donna was born January 16, 1932 in Ottawa, IL to William and Elsie (Hall) Caldwell. She married Melvin Brady September 29, 1947 in Ottawa, IL. He died December 5, 1982. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Ottawa. Donna is survived by one daughter, Cherie (Marty) Brady-Martin of Moorcroft, Wyoming; one son Dennis (Darla) Brady of Ottawa; one step-daughter, Sandra (Gary) Baclet of Davenport, IA; one sister, Judy (William) Bolatto of Ottawa; three step-grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. She is preceded in death her husband; a daughter, Brenda Eichorn; one brother, William Caldwell; and a sister Joan Speirer. Pallbearers will be Bruce Smith, Gary Backlet, John Clark, Ryan Speirer, Bill Bolatto, and David Thompson. Memorials may be directed to the family.
