Donald H. Schodrof Iii

Donald H. Schodrof III, 47, of LaSalle passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at Aperion Care Spring Valley after a courageous battle against cancer. Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 pm Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at Ottawa Funeral Home with Rev. Duane Kaufman officiating. Visitation will be 3:00 to 6:00 Wednesday, August 15, 2018, 2 hours prior to services, at Ottawa Funeral Home. Cremation rites have been entrusted to Ottawa Funeral Home. Donald was born May 24, 1971 in Harvey, Illinois to Donald Schodrof Jr. and Kay Hubbard. Don enjoyed going shooting and to flea markets with his Uncle John. He also enjoyed the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Bears. He had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. He is survived by his siblings, Art Dorsett, Mary Winn, and April Lucas; his mother, Kay; and many other extended family members. He is preceded in death by his father, Donald. Memorials may be directed to his family.
