Dolores Dixon

OTTAWA -- Dolores H. Dixon, 90, of Ottawa, formerly of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., died Sunday, Nov. 11, at Pleasant View Luther Home. Cremation rites were accorded. Burial will be in Lake Havasu City. Arrangements were entrusted to Ottawa Funeral Home. Mrs. Dixon was born Sept. 17, 1917, in Pesotume, Ill., to Harry and Marie (Ricketts) Holl. She married John William Dixon on April 24, 1936, in Maroa, Ill. He died Aug. 4, 1997. She is survived by two sons, John (Linda) of Ottawa and Dean William of Island Lake; 10 grandchildren, Brenda Sisson, Theresa Roman, John M. and Mark Dixon, Michele Pizur, Lori Amato, John, Allen and Daniel Logsdon and Susan McCormick; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Monte Holl; and one great-grandchild.
