Dewayne L. Kinkade

DeWayne L. Kinkade, 57, of Ottawa, passed away Monday, April 2, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 am, Saturday, April 7 at the Moose Lodge in Ottawa. Ottawa Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with cremation rites. DeWayne was born August 20, 1960 in Ottawa. He married Ria M. Arroyo on November 6, 1979 in Paris, Tennessee. DeWayne attended Ottawa High School and was a member of the Army Reserves, serving from 1983 to 1987. He worked at Johnson Machine Works, and was a hard working man all his life. His favorite hobbies were fishing and boating. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Ria; his children, Justin (Tiffany), Jeremy (Renee), and Brittany (Pat); 11 grandchildren, Nicoli, Korbin, Kaiden, Jocelyn, Jackson, Ericka, Ashlyn, Gage, Chase, Wesson, and Zachary; and two brothers, Robin Capsel and Anthony Capsel. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Luzetta Kinkade; and his mother and father, Barbara and John Capsel. Memorials may be directed to the family.
