Deborah S. (Stohr) Evans

Deborah S. Evans, 66, of Ottawa passed away Monday, December 20, 2021 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Ottawa Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with cremation rites.

Debbie was born December 15, 1955, in Ottawa to Leonard M. and Jessie (Johnson) Stohr. She married William Evans, III on April 6, 1974 in Ottawa. Debbie retired as a Registered Nurse from Pleasant View Lutheran Home. She enjoyed artwork and music.

She is survived by her husband, Bill; three sons, Nathan (Anastasia) Stohr, Andrew (Jessica) Evans, and Aaron (Amy) Evans; four grandchildren, Zayden Stohr, Jasmine, Jessica, and Jeremiah Evans; two brothers, Leonard (Myrna) and Steven (Jennifer) Stohr; and her sister, Laura (Greg) Mustered. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to her family.
