David Mulholland

David E. Mulholland, 84, of Ottawa, IL, died Friday, November 15, 2013, at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at Ottawa Funeral Home, with Rev. Duane Kaufman officiating. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, prior to services, at Ottawa Funeral Home. David Mulholland was born November 14, 1929, in Reading, Pennsylvania, to Thomas and Esta M. (Spiece) Mulholland. He married Audrey A. Moyer on April 30, 1949, in Reading, Pennsylvania. He worked in management and product development creating new products in the brick industry. He is survived by his wife, Audrey; a daughter, Linda (Robert) Johnston of Ottawa; two sons, David Jr. and Timothy both of Florida; nine grandchildren, Tina Johnston, Holly Kofoid, Catie (Jake) Ewers, Amy (Adam) Hoffman, Dustin Mulholland, Tara (Josh) White, Cory Mulholland, Colby Mulholland, and Morgan Mulholland; seven great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Richard (Mim) and Dennis both of Reading, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Dolores. Pallbearers will be Jake Ewers, Jeffrey Kofoid, Jake Kofoid, Bob Johnston, and Ron Jelm. Memorials may be directed to the Pads shelter.
