Dale "Skid" Roe, 89, of Naplate, Illinois, passed away Monday, December 21, 2015 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 PM Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at the Ottawa Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be 3:00 to 6:00 pm on Wednesday with Military Services. Burial will be at St. Columba Cemetery at a later date .
