Cynthia K. Kubinski

Cynthia K. Kubinski, 56, of Ottawa, Illinois, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2013, at her home. Prayer Service for Cynthia will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 6, 2013, at Ottawa Funeral Home with a Committal Service following at 11:30 a.m. at the Shrine of Rest Chapel in Oakwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, at Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Park. Cynthia was born October 7, 1956, in Ottawa, Illinois, to Daniel and Alyce (Rossiter) Erickson. She married Edward Kubinski on April 21, 1995, in Ottawa. She worked as a Business Manager for JP Chevrolet in Peru. She was a member of the Real Housewives of LaSalle County Class of 1974. She is survived by her husband, Ed; her daughter, Jennifer (Spence) Swanson of Rochester, MN; her mother, Alyce; three grandchildren, Nate, Claire, and Joel; one sister, Michelle (Ron) Woodward of Ottawa; one brother, Dan Erickson of Ottawa; and one nephew, Tim Woodward. She was preceded in death by her father. Pallbearers will be Bill Boettcher, Kent Marshall, Ron Woodward, Tim Woodward, Phil Brandow, and David Mucci. Memorials may be directed to donors' choice.
