Connie L. Becker, 54, of Norway, died Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at Ottawa Regional Hospital and Healthcare Center. Memorial Service for Connie will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the Ottawa Funeral Home. Visitation will be 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the Ottawa Funeral Home. Connie was born December 27, 1956 in Vandalia, Illinois to Herbert and Esther (File) Porter. She married Randy Becker on August 26, 1989 in Norway. She worked for Millbrook Hunting Club. Connie loved to care for other people. She was a caregiver to all she knew. She is survived by her husband, Randy; one son, John Miller of Norway; two brothers, Bob (Virginia) File of Coffeen, Illinois, and Gary (Barb) File of Ottawa; and one sister, Betty (Lonnie) Bateman of Plano. She is preceded in death by her mom; one daughter, Trisha Lee Knies; two brothers, Richard and Jerry File; and one sister, Peggy. Memorials may be directed to the family.
