Christian "Chris" Cook

Christian (Chris) Cook, 84, of Ottawa, Illinois, passed away Monday, April 1, 2013, after an extended illness of natural causes in his home. Chris was born May 15, 1928, in Addison, New York, to Christian and Sarah (Crane) Cook. He married Sharon Crist on September 5, 1980. They were married for 33 years. He lived a full life. He is survived by his wife, Sharon; he was father to, Megan (Jason Neurohr) Cook of Marseilles, James (Lisa M.) O'Brien of Ottawa, Lisa L. O'Brien of Ottawa, Jason (Holli) O'Brien of Mendota, Bambi (Bob) Emm of Streator, Kurt (Missy) Cook of Streator, Hans (Mary) Cook of Streator, Heidi Cook of Lincoln, Erin (Ben) Butzen of Grand Ridge, Gari Cook of Hammonsport, NY, Fritz Cook of Tondonder, NH, Shawn Anderson of Rocky Mount, NC, Chris (Barb) Cook of Wattkins Glen, NY, Karl (Kelly) Cook of Wellsburg, NY; he also leaves thirty-nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
