Cheryl Lynn Lamb

Cheryl Lynn Lamb, 73, of Seneca, IL, passed away on January 25, 2023 at Lightways-Joliet Area Community Hospice. Cremation rites have been entrusted to Ottawa Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will take place in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery at a later date. Cheryl was born December 14, 1949, in Terre Haute, IN, to Earl and Florence “Anita”  (Sandstrom) Sallee. She married Bernard Lamb, the love of her life on January 24, 1997. He preceded her in death on November 23, 2019. Cheryl worked as a dental technician at Ottawa Dental Lab prior to retirement in 2006. She was a member of Seneca Assembly of God Church. She is survived by daughters, Lisa (Todd) Burns and Gina (Ron) Arroyo; son, Brett (Terra) Turner; grandchildren, Christian Arroyo, Brett and Chloe Turner; step grandson, Kyle Burns; great granddaughter, Rachel Arroyo; and her cat, Ziggy. Cheryl was preceded in death by her husband, Bernie Lamb; her parents; a brother; her best friend, John Leach; and her canine princess, Bella.

Memorials may be directed to Pet Project to honor Cheryl’s lifelong love of animals.
