Charlotte Dilley

Charlotte Lorraine Dilley, 61, of Ottawa, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at her home.

A celebration of her life will be held on August 6, 2026 from 2:00 to 6:00 pm at the Ottawa Lyon's Club. Cremation rites have been entrusted to Ottawa Funeral Home.

Charlotte was born June 6, 1965 in Ottawa, IL to Samuel and Priscilla (Bell) Dilley. She was married to Eugene Farrell until his passing. She worked at Bianchi's Pizza as a prep cook for many years. She lived in Ottawa most of her life except for a short time when she lived in New York. She enjoyed country music and going to concerts. She loved to be outside and have an ice cold beer on her porch. More than anything, her world revolved around her grandchildren. She adored each and every one of them.

She is survived by her children, Holly (Kiley Reynolds) Dilley, Mandy Farrell, Lee (Alexandrea) Farrell, Kelli Farrell, and Zachary Farrell; numerous grandchildren; and her brothers, Ray Truitt and Samuel Dilley.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Priscilla; her husband, Eugene; her sister, Evelyn; and her brother, David.
