Charles "Chuck" F. Gould Sr., 73, of Zephyrhills, FL and Ottawa passed away Saturday, August 15, 2015 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, August 19, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. at Ottawa Funeral Home with Rev. Duane Kaufman officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday prior to services at Ottawa Funeral Home. Graveside burial will take place 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 20, 2015 Oakwood Memorial Park. Chuck was born July 13, 1942, in Sheridan, Illinois, to Melvin and Veda (Bounds) Gould Sr. He was a truck driver for the Teamsters for 28 years with Consolidated Freightways. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Ottawa and Zephyrhills. He was an avid golfer and bowler in both Ottawa and Florida. At the age of 13 he started his 1st band, and he later formed The Coachmen. He continued with his love for music for over 60 years, until his death. Chuck is survived by the love of his life, Vickie Floyd; the mother of his children, Marilyn Gould; his children, Charles "Chuckie" (Cindy) Gould, Jr., Teri (Bob) Miskell, Kari Sue (Kevin) Gwin, Richard "Richie" (Patty) Gould; his sister, Sandy Lamm; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Melvin "Punk" Gould Jr. and Larry Gould; and a son, Ronald "Ronnie" Gould. Honorary pallbearers will be Shannon Spencer, Heather Collins, Stephanie Engel, Jenae Butzen, Joshua Gwin, Danielle Gould, Tyler Gould, and Jessica Lavertu. Memorials may be directed to the family.
