Carolyn M. (Rick) Willet

Carolyn M. (Rick) Willet, 69, of Ottawa passed away Monday, March 14, 2022 at her home.

A celebration of Carolyn's life will be held at 6 pm, Friday, March 25 at Ottawa Funeral Home, with Pastor Satya Sudhakar officiating. A visitation will be from 4 to 6 pm, prior to services, at the funeral home.

Carolyn was born on March 28, 1952 in Ottawa to Raymond and Mary (Starjak) Rick. She was a graduate of Ottawa High School, class of 1971. She worked at Ottawa Walmart for over 28 years before her retirement in 2015.

Carolyn always looked forward to her family's fishing trips to Wisconsin every summer. She was a loving mother, and caring for her family was her most cherished priority. She enjoyed spending time outside, especially during Spring.

She is survived by her two children, Chad and Erica (Mike Rodriguez) Willet; and her sister, Mary (Larry) Linn. She was preceded in death by her parents and two nephews, Randy Linn and Larry Linn, Jr.
