Beverly Black-Ruger, 63, of Ottawa, IL, died, Monday, October 4, 2010 at her home in Ottawa. Memorial Services will be at 7:00 PM Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at Ottawa Funeral Home with Duane Kaufman officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 7:00 PM, Tuesday, October 12 at Ottawa Funeral Home. Beverly Black-Ruger was born, March 7, 1947, in Water Town, SD, to the late Anthony and Bernice (Buus) Kleinheksel. She married Matthew Ruger on December 24, 1989 in Ottawa. She had been a member of the Lions Club. She is survived by her husband Matthew Ruger. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Charlene. Memorials may be directed to the family.
