Beulah Louise (Raines) Jett

OTTAWA -- Beulah Louise (Raines) Jett, 85, of Ottawa, passed away Thursday, Nov. 6, at her daughter's home. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 10, at the Ottawa Funeral Home. Rev. Dale Katcher will officiate. Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. on Monday at the Ottawa Funeral Home. She was born on Feb. 7, 1923, in Virden, to Grover C. and Charlotte H. (Holloway) Raines. She married Charles Franklin Jett Sr. on March 31, 1941 in Davenport, Iowa. He died November 6, 2003 She is survived by four daughters, Mary Ellen (George) Maurer of Grand Ridge; Leona Jett of Jacksonville, FL; Linda (Michael) Spanmpanato of Marseilles and Helen (Daniel) Hegwood of Sparland; a son, Charles F. Jett Jr. of Ottawa; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sisters, Lelah Hudkins and Doris Mae in infancy and five brothers, Marshall, Orville, Sherman, Harold and Billy Raines. Pallbearers will be Charles Jett Jr., Larry Cain, Paul Jett, Frank, Michael and Mickey Spampanato, Chad Fararre and Buck Davidson.
