Betty Noel

Betty Noel, 88, of Seneca passed away Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Regency Care of Morris. A memorial service will be 11:00 Saturday, December 1, 2018 at First United Methodist Church of Seneca, with Rev. Kihwan Choi officiating. Visitation will be 10:00 - 11:00 Saturday, one hour prior to services, at First United Methodist Church in Seneca. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in Marseilles. Betty was born September 3, 1930, in Ottawa, Illinois to Raymond and Bernice (Slone) Daily. She married Joel Noel on June 19, 1948 at the First Presbyterian Church in Ottawa; he passed away August 8, 2015. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Seneca, a Girl Scout Leader, Board Member of the Seneca Library, and helped out with the LST Celebration. She is survived her daughter, Bettina "Tina" Rundle of Ottawa; her son, Edward (Marlene) Noel of Indiana; three grandchildren, Brent Blue, Brenda (Tom) Sharp of Ottawa, Josh (Meghan) Noel of Muncie, IN; seven great-grandchildren, Kirsty, Kyle, Kelsi, Isabel, Clinton, Austin, and David; three great-great-grandchildren, Madalyn, Mila, and Morgan Huffman; three sisters, Alice Larson, Donna (Dick) Gilchrist, and Joanne (Jerry) Helland; one brother, Larry (La-Verta) Daily; and several nieces and nephews. Betty was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to First United Methodist Church or to her family.
