Betty L. Burns

Betty L. Burns, 87, of Ottawa, passed away Friday, September 10, 2021 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.

Cremation rites have been accorded to Ottawa Funeral Home

Betty was born May 31, 1934, in Ottawa, IL, to Forrest and Pearl (Ross) Thompson . She married John Burns on April 22, 1955 in Northridge, California. He passed away on October 30, 2002.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Patrick (Tiffany) Burns of Ottawa and Michael Ivy of LaSalle.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Patrick Burns.
