Barbara B. Willey, 73, of Tuscon, Arizona, formerly of Ottawa, passed away December 21, 2011 at her home in Arizona. Remembrance ceremony will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 14, 2012 in the Chapel at Oakwood Memorial Park in Ottawa, Illinois.
