Anna Vicini, 104, of Ottawa, IL, passed away Sunday, January 03, 2010 at LaSalle Co. Nursing Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Wednesday January 6, 2010 at St. Francis of Assisi Church with Msgr. Jerome Ham officiating. Visitation will be 10:00 - 11:00 AM at Church before services arrangement are entrusted to the Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial will be at Ottawa Ave. Cemetery. Anna was born January 11, 1905 in Standard, IL to Edward and Mary (Cioni) Capitani. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Altar and Rosary Society and Funtimers. Anna is survived by a six grandchildren, Daniel (Kathleen) Vicini of NC David (Elizabeth) Vicini of Shorewood, IL. Susan (William Long of Shorewood, IL). Diane Eichelkraut of Ottawa, Patricia (Dick) Bennington of Ottawa and Mary Beth O'Brien of Morris, IL. Thirteen great-grandchildren and thirteen great-great-grandchildren and one sister Esther Ricci of Ottawa She is preceded in death by her only son and his wife Walter and Betty Vicini, three sisters Anita Sesto, Louise Teachout, Adele Cheli and three brothers George, Dan and John Capitani. Memorials may be directed to LaSalle Co. Nursing Home or donors' choice.
