Allen N. Sonday, 62, of Ottawa, Il passed away November 13, 2010 at his home. A Memorial Mass will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at St. Columba Church with Fr. David Kipfer officiating. Visitation will be 9-10a.m., one hour prior to services at the Church. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery. Ottawa Funeral Home oversaw the cremation. Al was born December 25, 1947 in Kankakee, IL to Vernon and Betty (Erzinger) Sonday. He was a Pipefitter for Local #597 out of Joliet. He was also a huge Chicago Sports Fan. Al is survived by his mother, Betty Sonday of Ottawa, IL; one daughter, Brandi (Jud) of Richmond, KY; one son; seven grandchildren; one brother, Jeff (Debra) of Mcfarland, WI; and one sister, Barbara Wilhelms of Ottawa, IL.
