Alison N. Dunn, 16, of Seneca, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2012 after an automobile accident. Private Funeral Service will be held with Rev. Duane Kaufman officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Seneca. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at Osborne-Nelson Funeral Home in Seneca. Alison Dunn was born March 15, 1995, in Streator, Illinois to Patrick and Sheri (Mainor) Dunn. She was a junior at Seneca High school. She was in the Nursing Assistant Class preparing to become a CNA and a member of the Health Occupations Student Association. She was also a member of the FFA, was a three year art and photography student, was an avid reader, and a movie buff. Alison planned to attend the University of Wisconsin after graduation to become a nurse. She is survived by her father, Patrick Dunn of Seneca; her mother, Sheri (Gary Jaraczewski) Mainor-Dunn of Peru; her brother, Tim Mainor-Dunn of Seneca, and sister Melissa Cavanagh of Peru; her paternal grandmother, Florence Dunn of Seneca; her maternal grandparents, Billy Joe and Jean Mainor of Streator; aunts and uncles, Steven and Angela Mainor of Streator and Shellie and Eric Pool of Ransom; and cousins, Jacob Mainor of Streator and Brady and Aaron Pool of Ransom. She was preceded in death by her brother, Deven Dunn; paternal grandfather, Bud Dunn; and cousins, Nicolas and Alex Mainor. Pallbearers will be Jeff Armstrong, Jeff Bailey, Eric Pool, and Joe Seaman.
