Alexis Jayde Page, 6 days old, infant daughter of Bryan Page and Brittany Calvert, of Ottawa passed away Thursday, December 8, 2011 at OSF St. Francis Children's Hospital in Peoria, Illinois. Funeral Service for Alexis will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at Ottawa Funeral Home with Pastor Ray Mitchell officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 - 1:00 prior to services on Wednesday at Ottawa Funeral Home. She will be buried in Oakwood Memorial Park. Alexis was born December 2, 2011 in Peoria, Illinois to Bryan Page and Brittany Calvert. She is survived by her parents; three brothers, Kameron, Jakob, and Gavin; her grandparents, Randy Brady, Vickie Page, and Carl "Butch" (Christine "Tiny") Calvert all of Ottawa; great-grandmother, Patricia Calvert of Ottawa; five aunts, Rachael, Lindsay, Jacey, Jessica, and Megan; four uncles, Cory, Zach, Jeremy, and Nathan; as well as many cousins. Memorials may be directed to OSF St. Francis Children's Hospital Neonatal Unit.
